Cocoa Double Color Toast
Overview
Knead the dough by hand, knead it, and make the white dough before making the cocoa dough. Roll the two doughs into round shapes, roll them together and bake the two-color toast. I like the auspicious cloud pattern and it tastes good.

Place sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs in a bowl and stir evenly.

Add flour, yeast powder, salt.

Add milk and stir evenly to form a dough, knead until it can be pulled out into a thin film and then rise.

Divide the risen dough into two parts, add cocoa powder to small pieces.

Knead the two pieces of dough together, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 10 minutes.

Roll out the two pieces of rested dough into long sheets.

Layer the cocoa dough on top of the white dough.

Roll up from one side.

Place the top into the toast box with the mouth closed, and ferment again.

Place the fermented toast dough on the baking grid, put it into the lower shelf of the oven, heat it up and down, and bake it at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.

After baking, remove and let cool.
