Compared to sweet bread, I like the savory meat floss bread the most! I made it myself this time, and I really feel a sense of accomplishment. Even people who don’t like bread are addicted to it. I secretly enjoy it~

Put the above bread ingredients, except yeast and flour, into the bread bucket and mix evenly

Add high-gluten flour, then yeast, and turn on the dough kneading mode (one cycle lasts for about 30 minutes)

When the dough becomes smooth in about 20 minutes, add softened butter and continue kneading. After one program ends, start another kneading program for a total of about 60 minutes

Cover the lid of the bread machine, turn off the power, and let it ferment at room temperature for 45 minutes, then take it out and place it in the refrigerator to ferment at low temperature for more than 5 hours

When the time is up, take it out, press to release air and roll it into a round shape.

Leave to rest for another 15 minutes.

Cut a piece of silicone paper that is the same size as the baking pan, spread it on the chopping board, put the dough on it, roll it into a rectangle, cover it with oil paper, then take it out of the baking pan, put it in the oven, put a large bowl of warm boiling water at about 65° below, turn off the power to the oven, close the oven door and ferment for 2 hours

Brush with a layer of whole egg wash, sprinkle black sesame seeds and chopped green onions evenly, and preheat the oven to 180° for about 5 minutes

Place in the middle rack of the oven and bake for about 12 minutes. Pay attention during this period. Adjust the heat to about 150° when it is colored. Once it is evenly colored, take it out.

Let cool slightly, cut into small cubes with a bread knife, squeeze out the sweet salad dressing, pour it evenly on the bottom layer of the bread, then dip it in the thick meat floss, and you can enjoy the deliciousness!
