Purple radish and egg sauce noodles
Overview
My family likes to eat mixed noodles. Add some vegetables, add some sauce, stir-fry it and eat it with the noodles. It’s delicious.

Beat the eggs and set aside.

Peel and dice the radish.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add the diced purple radish and stir-fry.

Fry the diced radish until raw, then pour in the egg liquid and stir-fry.

Fry the eggs into small pieces.

Add a spoonful of soybean paste.

Add a spoonful of Laoganma black bean sauce.

Add a little water and cook.

Take another pot and put the noodles in and cook until the noodles are cooked. Place the cooked noodles in the bottom of a bowl and spoon the cooked egg sauce on top.
