  1. Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine and start the dough process to the end. Add butter and restart the dough process to the end.

  6. Place it into an oiled mold or baking pan, send it to the oven to start the fermentation process, and ferment the dough for a second time for 40 minutes until it doubles in size. (Put a cup of warm water while fermenting to maintain humidity during fermentation)

  7. Take out the fermented dough and lightly brush it with egg wash. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance.

  8. Place the dough into the middle shelf of the oven, bake at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, and remove from the mold.
