Overview
Milk meal packets without adding a drop of water are easy to make and can be used as breakfast. A glass of milk is enough for energy.

Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine and start the dough process to the end. Add butter and restart the dough process to the end.

Let the dough rise until doubled in size.

Take out the fermented dough and flatten it to deflate. Cover tightly and let rest for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, divide the dough into several portions.

Shape all the ingredients into small balls.

Place it into an oiled mold or baking pan, send it to the oven to start the fermentation process, and ferment the dough for a second time for 40 minutes until it doubles in size. (Put a cup of warm water while fermenting to maintain humidity during fermentation)

Take out the fermented dough and lightly brush it with egg wash. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance.

Place the dough into the middle shelf of the oven, bake at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, and remove from the mold.

Finished product: Brush a layer of honey or liquid oil on the surface of the bread while it's still hot.
