Steps
-
First bake an eight-inch cake base, turn it upside down and let it cool before cutting into 2 slices.
-
While making the cake, let's make the caramelized pineapple. Put 50g of sugar in a pot over medium-low heat until it melts and turns dark into amber. Add 15ml of water and mix well. Add 10g of butter and melt it. Add an appropriate amount of pineapple and stir-fry until soft.
-
Remove the fried pineapple until soft and set aside to cool.
-
Arrange the fruits and cut them into the shapes you like.
-
Add 25g of sugar to 250ml of cream and beat until firm patterns appear and hold upside down, then start smoothing the dough.
-
Take out a piece of cake and spread it with caramelized pineapple (because we don’t like cream very much, so we didn’t spread it. If you like, you can spread a layer of it), then put another piece of cake on it and spread it with cream.
-
After smearing the entire cake with white cream, I added 3 drops of yellow coloring to the remaining cream and mixed it with a whisk to adjust the color (you can also add no coloring). Put the whipped yellow butter into a bag with a piping nozzle and start decorating. After decorating, put your favorite fruit into a shape and it's ok!
