Scrambled eggs with snow peas
Overview
I woke up very late and was too lazy on weekends, so I just rummaged through the refrigerator and made it with the ingredients. It tastes good!

Wash and break snow peas.

Add 3 eggs and some salt and mix well.

Chop the pork belly and dice the garlic.

Pour the egg liquid into the pan and fry until 2 sides are golden brown, remove from the pan and place on a plate for later use.

Pour the minced meat and garlic into the pot until fragrant, and season with some salt and dark soy sauce.

Add snow peas and stir-fry, add some water to cook the beans.

Finally, pour in the egg cakes to be used, stir-fry a few times, remove from the pan and serve on a plate.
