Overview
Potatoes, also called potatoes, are used in many cuisines, especially children, and their vitamin C content is about 4 times that of apples. So I made this dish especially for the children at home.

Wash the potatoes and cook them in a rice cooker for 10 minutes (until they can be pierced with chopsticks)
-
Add a little salt to the batter to enhance the flavor, mix well and set aside for later use
-
Boiled potatoes, peeled
-
Use a rolling pin or spoon to mash the potatoes into a puree
-
Add the batter you just made and stir evenly
-
Stir evenly into a puree (I personally prefer a thicker one, so that it won’t be dry or greasy when fried. If you like it drier, you can add less eggs)
-
Roll the mixed mashed potatoes into round balls (it will stick to your hands when you knead it, you can wet your hands with some water or some cornstarch, so that they will not stick to your hands easily)
-
Roll the potatoes into balls and set aside for later use
-
When the oil in the pan is hot, pour in the potato balls and use a spatula to spread them while frying to prevent them from sticking
-
Fry until golden brown and serve

Finished product, ready to eat
