Steamed shrimp with garlic vermicelli

Prepare 10 fresh shrimps

Vermicelli, garlic

Soak the vermicelli in water in advance

Wash the fresh shrimps and remove the heads

Trim off beard and legs

Peel off the shell, leaving the tail

Use a knife to open the back and take out the shrimp thread

Use a kitchen knife to chop the shrimp lightly

Cut the soaked vermicelli into two sections with scissors and place them on the bottom of the plate

Chop garlic into minced garlic

Heat the oil in a pan and pour the minced garlic into the pan
