Original yogurt biscuits
Overview
When I received the task of making biscuits, the first thing that came to mind was this yogurt biscuit. I've wanted to make yogurt cookies for a long time, but I just haven't seemed to want to eat cookies. It’s finally time to make cookies, and there happens to be yogurt in the refrigerator, so let’s satisfy this little wish that I’ve been saving for a while.

Materials

Soften butter and add powdered sugar

Mix well with a rubber spatula

Then use a whisk to beat

Add yogurt and milk powder

Beat with a whisk

Sift low-gluten flour and baking powder into butter paste, mix well

Put it into a piping bag with a pointed tip

Press into S shape in baking pan

Put it in the oven, middle layer, raise the heat to 170 degrees, lower the heat to 160 degrees, bake for about 20 minutes, turn off the heat and continue to simmer for about 10 minutes
