Wash the radish, cut into thin slices, and then shred. Put in a small basin.

Add one tablespoon of sugar (or xylitol, suitable for diabetics), two tablespoons of vinegar (either white vinegar or mature vinegar). You can also add a little salt or soy sauce to taste according to your personal taste, but not too much. Mix well.
