  1. Fresh flowers.

  2. Saute garlic, ginger and chili until fragrant.

  3. Put some cooking wine to remove the smell.

  4. Stir-fry until the scallops open, add more garlic.

  5. Add some oyster sauce to taste. (Because the scallops are relatively fresh, I don’t add salt here. Fresh scallops tend to be a bit salty).

  6. Add some green onions to increase the flavor (you can leave it out if you don’t want to).

  7. Stir well and remove from the pan.
