Steps
-
Prepare ingredients.
-
Peel the banana, put it in a plastic bag, and puree it for later use. After the butter is softened, add fine sugar and beat with an electric mixer until the color becomes lighter and the volume becomes fluffy.
-
Pour in the egg liquid powder twice, stirring evenly each time before adding it, and continue stirring with a whisk until the texture is quite light.
-
Add the mashed banana into the whipped butter (hmm~ it’s a bit ugly... it floats away...), and mix it with a rubber knife. Don’t mix it too evenly.
-
Add more milk.
-
Mix the self-rising flour, baking powder, and baking soda and sift into the butter mixture, mix and stir to form a moist batter.
-
Add dark chocolate chips (27 is not too fine, so the baked chocolate particles are more obvious and the cake looks more interesting~), and continue to mix evenly with a spatula.
-
Okay, put them into the molds in batches, and then bake them in the oven ~ 180℃, upper and lower heat, for about 20 minutes, until they are completely puffed up, and that’s it!
-
Okay~ I hope 27’s grandpa will like this cake~ Hehe~~

Everyone~ don’t forget to spend Sunday with the elderly at home!
