Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the materials, wash the okra with salt and remove the fluff on the surface.
-
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a little salt, add warm water and beat with a manual egg beater.
-
Just beat the egg liquid, don't beat it.
-
Skim off surface bubbles, sift once, and put the egg liquid into a bowl.
-
Cut the okra into thin slices and spread them gently on the surface of the egg mixture.
-
When steaming, cover the bowl with a plate or wrap it with a layer of plastic wrap to prevent water vapor in the steamer from dripping onto the surface of the custard and affecting the smoothness of the surface. After the steamer is steaming, put the bowl filled with egg liquid into the steamer.
-
Turn to medium heat and steam for 8 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
-
Take it out, peel off the plastic wrap, pour a little steamed fish drum oil and a few drops of sesame oil, and the custard is ready to eat.
-
So tender and smooth!
