Preparation materials: Peel, wash and cut the winter melon into thin slices (about 3mm thick), cut bacon into sections, cut green onions into sections, oil, salt and dark soy sauce

Add a little oil to the country, add bacon and fry slightly over medium heat.

Mine took 3 minutes to fry, and then the stainless steel pan stuck like this.
