Prepare materials.

Break off the cauliflower into small florets and wash them.

Boil a pot of hot water and blanch the cauliflower.

Pour the water used to blanch the cauliflower over the criss-cut tomatoes. (Easy to peel)

Cut tomatoes into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic and scallions over low heat.

Pour in the sliced tomatoes.

Add an appropriate amount of tomato sauce, you may not add it according to the taste.

Pour in the cauliflower, stir-fry, and simmer for a while. You can add a small amount of water or not, because blanched cauliflower contains water.
