Peel and slice garlic

Remove old leaves from olives, wash and cut into sections

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic slices and sauté until fragrant

Add the olives and stir-fry quickly over high heat for 2 minutes

Fry until the olives change color and become soft, then add a little sugar to taste
