Prepare milk and eggs

Put the ingredients into the bread machine barrel in the order of milk, eggs, sugar, salt, flour, and yeast. Start the bread machine and knead the dough for about 20 minutes.

Cut butter into small pieces and soften.

After kneading the dough for 20 minutes, pour the softened butter into the bread machine barrel and start the kneading and fermentation process. Knead the dough for 30 minutes and then ferment for 40 minutes.

Stir and deflate the fermented dough.

Divide the dough into two equal portions and roll into balls.

Take one of the dough and put it into the bread machine, add cocoa powder and start kneading

You will get two colors of dough.

Roll out the two pieces of dough into equal-sized pieces.

Overlap the two dough sheets and use a rolling pin to slightly press them to release the air.

Roll up the dough from one end.

Divide into two portions and put into toast box

Ferment in the middle and lower racks of the oven at 35 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes, and put a cup of hot water on the baking grid at the same time.

When fermentation reaches 2-2.5 times in size, remove the water cup and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. After baking, take it out immediately and unmold it upside down to cool.
