Stir-fried Pantou with Bacon Pork (Golden Cauliflower)
Overview
Wild vegetables just found from my hometown, Mopantou. This dish is very common in southern Jiangsu. If you don’t have a grinding head, you can actually use broccoli instead. It's just that I didn't use Pantou Incense. There is also the bacon from my hometown. This is the meat of pigs fed only feed and not swill.

Steps
-
The grinding head looks like this.
-
Shred the bacon and slice the ginger.
-
Add a little oil. Saute the ginger slices until fragrant.
-
Fry the bacon shreds in the oil and turn down the heat. There will be more oil, so put less oil in the beginning.
-
Fry until the bacon becomes smaller and browned. Add cooking wine.
-
Put in the grinding disc head.
-
Add a little sugar. If it doesn't taste too strong, don't add salt.
-
After frying, take off the pot. It smells so good!
