Wash and slice the pork belly.

Add salt, egg liquid, starch and soy sauce, stir evenly, and marinate for about 15 minutes.

Heat the wok and pour more vegetable oil.

Heat 40% of the oil, add the batter-coated meat slices, and fry slowly over low heat.

Fry until the surface is golden brown, remove and drain.

Turn on high heat, and when the oil in the pot is 80% to 90% hot (when smoking), pour in the meat slices and fry again.

Fry until the surface is slightly charred, remove and drain

Sprinkle with pepper powder while hot and done.
