Set aside the spicy pork floss and salad dressing first. Put water, sugar, salt, milk powder, butter, egg liquid, high-gluten flour, and yeast into a bread bucket.

Use the dough kneading function of the bread machine and the time is 30 minutes.

Roll the dough into a round ball, place it in a glass bowl, and wrap it with plastic wrap.

Let sit for 30 minutes.

Take out the dough, deflate it, divide it into 15g balls and roll it into balls.

Place the rounded dough in two batches into a 6-inch cake mold,

Place spicy pork floss on the surface and pour salad dressing on it.
