Wash the Chinese cabbage, cut into pieces, marinate with appropriate amount of salt for 2 hours, squeeze dry and set aside.

Wash, peel and cut the apples into cubes, peel the garlic, and mash together with the pickled peppers in a food processor.

Mix the pickled cabbage with the processed apples, garlic, and peppers.

Place into a pickle jar and serve after 2 hours. Can be kept for about a week.
