Open the back of the shrimp and set aside

Chop ginger, garlic and onion and set aside

Heat the pot and pour in an appropriate amount of peanut oil. 2. Heat the oil over high heat, sauté the ginger and garlic, add the shrimp and stir-fry. 3. When the shrimp turns half red, add cooking wine and soy sauce and stir-fry over high heat for one minute. Add the green onions and serve on a plate
