Wash and peel the burdock, and cut into sections of about 8cm.

Cut into thin strips and soak in water.

Pour vegetable oil into the pot, turn on high heat and stir-fry the onions until fragrant.

Remove the burdock from the water and put it into the pot, stir-fry for one minute, add soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, beef powder and 150ml water.

Continue to stir-fry until the soup dries up, sprinkle some white sesame seeds, then turn off the heat and serve.
