Peanut Crisp Toast
Overview
The peanut brittle was left. It wasn’t that it wasn’t delicious, but it was too much. Watching it not moving day by day, I suddenly thought of wrapping it in bread. How to combine peanut brittle with one layer of peanut powder and one layer of sugar with bread? I don't really have much thought. Simply take the form of peanut brittle, one layer of dough and one layer of sugar, and use the Cube Toast Box you just received from School Kitchen to make a small square toast. It's a wonderful thought. The folded dough is cut in half, the cut sides are stacked up, and finally it rises into vertical layers. The reality is that the dough failed to fill both sides at first, and the folded layers spread out to both sides during the expansion process. The imagined vertical layers eventually became horizontal, and the halva that should have been hidden in the center was completely turned over to the surface, forming a dark caramel color during baking. The unexpected result does not make it any less delicious. . . .
