Beat dragon fruit into puree.

Heat over water, add soaked gelatine, turn off the heat until the gelatine melts, let cool and set aside.

Add the yogurt and mix well. I did not use cream. For the sake of lower calories, you can add cream if you like, so the shaping effect will be better.

Cake slices.

Pour mousse liquid into the mold.

Make mirror surface: puree dragon fruit, add water and heat, add soaked gelatin sheets until melted.

When the mousse is set, pour the mirror material, refrigerate for 4 hours and use a hair dryer to blow around the mold to remove it.
