  1. Cut the potatoes into pieces with a hob. Because they are new potatoes, they are not peeled

  2. Wash the green beans and break into pieces

  3. Heat the oil in a pan, add onions, ginger, garlic, stir-fry, then add potatoes and stir-fry

  4. Add the green beans and stir-fry, add appropriate amount of water

  5. Pour in the soy sauce, cover the pot and simmer
