Potatoes Stewed with Beans
Overview
Seasonal new potatoes, with thin skins that don’t even need to be peeled, are paired with Northeastern fried beans and stewed in a pot. Come and taste the Northeastern flavor. It’s a healthy vegetarian dish with great taste.

Cut the potatoes into pieces with a hob. Because they are new potatoes, they are not peeled

Wash the green beans and break into pieces

Heat the oil in a pan, add onions, ginger, garlic, stir-fry, then add potatoes and stir-fry

Add the green beans and stir-fry, add appropriate amount of water

Pour in the soy sauce, cover the pot and simmer

When the water is almost dry, add salt, stir-fry evenly and serve.
