Overview

This is a cold side dish that combines meat and vegetables. It is simple, quick, light and delicious. With zero cooking skills and zero failures, you can make all kinds of flavors.

  1. Remove two sections of snow peas and clean them.

  2. Divide the knife in two.

  3. Boil water in a pot, add a little salt and a little oil when it boils, add snow peas and blanch them for 1-2 minutes (one minute if you like them crispy, two minutes if you like them softer).

  4. Take out and cool.

  5. Steam the sausage and then slice it (cooked sausage can be sliced directly).

  6. Add MSG, salt and cooking oil and mix well (the recipe for cooking oil has been posted before).
