[Komori’s Mom’s Recipe] New way to eat-summer nourishing turtle jelly
Overview
Guiling paste is a traditional folk food in my country and a traditional medicinal diet. According to legend, it was originally a precious medicine specially provided for the emperor in the Qing Dynasty. It is mainly made from the precious eagle beak turtle and Smilax cocos as raw materials, and is refined with a variety of medicinal materials. It has the effects of nourishing yin and moisturizing dryness, reducing fire and removing troubles, clearing away dampness and heat, cooling blood and detoxifying. Guiling paste tastes sweet and slightly bitter, and has a smooth texture. It can be eaten by people of all ages and regardless of the season. On a hot summer day, a bowl of Guiling paste, which clears away heat and detoxifies, is a wonderful way to regulate the body and mind. What Komori’s mother did this time was a slightly new attempt at the traditional method of adding turtle paste to condensed milk and eating it directly. She added barley to strengthen the spleen and remove dampness, and lily to nourish yin and moisturize the lungs, creating a new nourishing way of eating. Add a little creativity to your food and have more fun in your life. You can also give it a try~ _______________________________________________ If you don’t understand, you can add me on WeChat and I can share and teach. WeChat: cola8415
