Amber walnut kernels
Overview
Walnuts are rich in unsaturated fatty acids and have brain-building effects. The biggest problem with purchased amber walnuts is that the walnuts are not fresh, so make some for your children’s daily consumption, which is healthy and delicious!

-
Pay attention to the color of raw walnut kernels when purchasing. The color should be uniform. Put it in a hot water pot and cook for three minutes, then soak for five minutes. Rinse and dry the surface moisture to avoid splashing oil when put into the oil pan.
-
Put about 150 grams of water in the pot, and then add 50 grams of rock sugar. If the child is small, you can reduce the amount of sugar. Boil the sugar over low heat. When it becomes thick and starts to bubble, add the walnut kernels and stir-fry until evenly coated with the syrup.
-
Pour 500 grams of salad oil into the pot and heat it up. Pour the walnut kernels dipped in sugar into the oil and fry for about three minutes. Be careful not to make the heat too high. The walnut kernels will change color a little. Be careful not to fry them. My personal experience is to taste them while frying. 9 is enough. After being taken out, the oil on the surface is still very hot. Once cooled, it is just right. If it is fried to just right, it is actually very hot.

Take it out of the pan and put it on a plate. After it cools down, put it in a crisper. Don’t eat too much each time.
