Light cream honey pancake
Overview
Baking failures happen all the time. But sometimes failure can lead to delicious food inadvertently. Just like what I did this time - I call it a dough piece. The recipe used honey and light cream. It was intended to be a bread, but it turned out to be like a pancake, but it was very delicious. The two gentlemen in the family couldn't help but praise it. They thought it was my new invention, which made me make it twice more. If you are interested, you can try it. It is absolutely delicious.

Steps
-
Put the bread bucket on the electronic scale, and the electronic scale will return the grams to zero. Pour the whipping cream into the bread pan first.
-
Add honey.
-
Then add the egg liquid, corn oil and salt, sift in the flour, and add the yeast. Place the bread bucket into the bread machine and start the dough rising process.
-
After 90 minutes, the dough is well-done and very soft.
-
Take out the dough, knead it well and deflate it, divide it into eight dough balls, and place them directly on the baking sheet. Because there is a lot of whipped cream, the dough will not stick when the dough is deflated and divided, so do not put flour to prevent it from sticking. If you feel it is sticky, you can put some oil on the chopping board to prevent it from sticking. Do not use dry flour. Cover well and let it rest for the second time.
-
The second proofing time is a little longer until the dough spreads out into a cake shape.
-
Preheat the oven in advance, place the baking sheet in the middle of the oven, heat up and down, 180 degrees, for 20 minutes. Don't let it get too hot and cover it with tin foil in time.
-
After baking, take it out of the grill and let it cool until it looks like a big pancake. Very delicious.
