Soufflé cookies
Overview
You can't fail when making cookies as long as they don't burn. The key is seasoning and styling. It's very fragrant because of the addition of milk powder. I made it in two shapes, which are smaller.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Melt butter over water.
-
Add sugar while melting.
-
Sift in 15 grams of milk powder.
-
Beat in eggs. Mix well.
-
Sift in low-gluten flour, salt, and baking powder.
-
Knead the dough and divide into two portions. Add some cocoa powder. (I added a little less, you can add it as you go and see what you like)
-
Divide the dough into several pieces, make them into layers of cylinders in the order of cocoa, original flavor, and cocoa, and put them in the refrigerator to freeze and shape. (I made four layers, square)
-
I was lazy and made two marble patterns for the remaining ones (just knead them, but don’t knead them too much.)
-
Freeze hard slices and put in the oven. My oven is a small one and has no temperature display. If there is a temperature, it should be about 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Finished product with annual ring pattern.

Marbled finished product.
