Green onion and egg whole wheat sandwich
Overview
I saw a lot of sandwiches made solely with eggs, and I was very confused: Why are they always made with hard-boiled eggs? The hard-boiled eggs were chopped into fine pieces and sandwiched between two pieces of bread. I don't like overcooked hard-boiled eggs. The most important thing is that after they are chopped and crushed, especially the yolks, they are mushy and feel very unpleasant. I just want to use that whole wheat bread to make a sandwich with pure eggs instead of boiled eggs. Scramble eggs, low in oil and salt, to satisfy your stomach. I don't like the too simple light yellow color of eggs, which is a bit tangled with whole-wheat bread. It would be good to add a little green onion to garnish it. In fact, I wanted to use that sandwich mold that I had never used before to press the bulging pocket. When I turned it out, I saw that the size was slightly different. Then change things up and just cut them neatly and stack them up. . . .
