Christmas cookies
Overview
Christmas is two days away. I made some Christmas cookies over the weekend and brought them home to my niece. When the little girl saw these cookies, she was so happy that she couldn't bear to eat them. Children are children, they just can’t put it down when they see colorful things.

First, print the cookie pattern on oil paper.

Print it on stiff paper and cut it out.

Add powdered sugar to softened butter.

Beat the butter until it is white and light, then add the egg mixture in batches.

Then stir well and add honey.

Sift in cake flour.

Knead again into a smooth dough.

Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a sheet. Place the cookie sheet mold on the dough sheet and use a sharp-nosed knife to carve out the cookies.

Carve out other cookie cutters similarly.

Then carefully transfer to the baking pan.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, put the middle layer on the upper and lower heat and bake for 15 minutes.

Let cool after taking out of the oven.

Frosting ingredients: 30 grams of egg whites, 220 grams of powdered sugar, 2 ml of lemon juice, put one-third of the powdered sugar into the egg whites.

Then beat, add the powdered sugar in batches, and adjust the thickness of the frosting.

Then divide the frosting into 5 parts, 1 part is white, add coloring to the rest, mix well, and then put it into a piping bag.

Use icing sugar to draw your favorite patterns one by one.
