Slice the spicy sausage and chop the onion and garlic. You can use original sausage or spicy sausage. Personally, I prefer spicy sausage. This is Sichuan spicy sausage from the supermarket. There are also locally made sausages, and the tastes vary. I have tried four or five types of sausages, and this sausage still tastes better in stir-fries and is more delicious. You can try other different flavors if you like.

You can also use celery, which is chopped into small pieces. Personally, I prefer to use parsley.

Heat the oil, add the onion, garlic, and sausage to the pan. After three minutes, add the celery. After adding the celery, add soy sauce. Stir-fry for seven to eight minutes before removing from the pan. Add salt before removing from the pan. You can control the saltiness by yourself, because the sausage itself has saltiness, so use less soy sauce and salt than normal cooking, otherwise the saltiness will exceed the standard and be very salty.
