Overview
My mother-in-law has a cold stomach, so she almost never eats cold or raw food, including fruits. The doctor suggested that she eat boiled fruit soup, so I cooked some fruit soup for her every now and then. I made potato balls for children who don’t like sweet potatoes, and they didn’t object

Prepare materials

Sweet potatoes are steamed and pressed into puree

Add tapioca starch and knead evenly

Roll into small balls

Freeze the extra and just take it out and cook it next time

Rub the apples with 1 tablespoon of salt and rinse them with water

Cut the apples and cherry tomatoes into small pieces. The apples can be peeled, depending on personal preference.

Put the apples and dumplings into the pot and cook together until the dumplings float

Add rock sugar and cook until melted

Add cherry tomatoes and turn off the heat (I didn’t serve this in time after cooking, so the dumplings were about to fall apart)
