Simple and plain version of spaghetti with meat sauce
Overview
There are many ways to eat pasta. My children wanted to eat pasta for lunch today, but because of the heavy rain outside, the ingredients at home were limited, so I made this simple pasta. Although it is simple but delicious, the children said it was delicious.

Minced pork.

Cut the tomatoes into crosses, blanch them in boiling water, peel them and chop them into small pieces.

Chop green onions.

Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the pasta and cook for about 10 minutes.

While the noodles are cooking, heat a wok, add oil, add green onions and stir-fry.

When the green onions are fragrant, add minced meat and stir-fry.

Until the meat changes color, add a small amount of light soy sauce, add chopped tomatoes and continue to stir-fry.

Add tomato paste, salt and pepper and mix well. Simmer over low heat for a while until the soup thickens.

After the pasta is cooked, cover it with cold water, put it on a plate, and pour the meat sauce over it.
