Steps
-
Cut the peppers diagonally into rings and use the handle of a spoon to remove the seeds and tendons so that they are not too spicy
-
Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, a little salt, and a little water to the meat filling and beat well
-
Stuff the meat stuffing into the green pepper segments and coat both sides with starch
-
Heat the pan and add oil. Moisten the pan first to prevent it from scratching during cooking. Add the stuffed green peppers and fry over medium-low heat until golden brown on both sides
-
Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and enough water to cover the green pepper and chicken essence, cover and cook over high heat. Finally, when the juice is thick, add a little gravy. Add sesame oil
-
Remove from pan and plate
