Overview

My grandson often brings something to my house. Add a few drops of lemon juice or white vinegar to the egg whites, add one-third of the sugar (13 grams) and beat with a whisk until fish-eye bubbles form, then add 13 grams and continue beating until it resembles beer powder. Finally, add all the sugar and beat until the egg liquid lifted by the beaten eggs has a small curve. It doesn't have to be too hard.

  5. Preheat the oven, pour one-third of the beaten egg whites into the egg yolk batter, and mix gently. If the egg white cannot be seen, pour the mixed batter into the egg whites. Use a spatula to fold and mix evenly. Try to be as quick as possible.

  6. Pour the mixed batter into a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper, smooth it out and bake in the oven at 150℃ for 20 minutes

  7. When cooked, buckle it and remove the oil paper. When it is still warm, roll it up with another piece of oil paper, (you can spread your favorite cream, etc.) and put it in the refrigerator for three hours.
