Stir-fried King Oyster Mushroom
Overview
Stir-fried vegetables always use a lot of oil. In order to consume less oil, of course there is a trick. Add some salt and oil to the shredded king oyster mushrooms, and put them in the microwave for two minutes. After taking them out, you will find that the king oyster mushrooms are watery.
