Fried rice with purple cabbage
Overview
The best way to deal with leftover rice, in my opinion, is to add various vegetables and re-fry it in oil. Give leftover rice a gorgeous turn.

Wash the bean sprouts and shred the purple cabbage

Pour oil into the wok and put purple cabbage first

Stir fry until soft

Then add bean sprouts and stir-fry

Pour in leftover rice

Add salt and continue to stir-fry

Finally add the green garlic sprouts and stir-fry evenly

Remove from pan and plate
