Ingredients
Steps
-
A newly killed old hen, all the down has been processed
-
Then chop it, I chopped it bigger, (you can use it to make porridge after it’s boiled)
-
Because the purple clay pot is small, a whole chicken cannot be stewed, so I took a third of it and put it into the purple clay pot
-
Add water and set the program to high temperature, then you can sit back and wait
-
When the pot is about to boil, skim off the foam
-
After boiling the pot, add wolfberry, ginger slices and salt and change to automatic low heat to simmer
-
After 4 hours, the soup was ready. The meat was not too stale and not greasy. It was so warm and comfortable to have a bowl of it.
