Prepare materials. Cut potatoes and carrots into thick strips, slice cucumbers, wash broccoli and break into small florets.

The night before, marinate the pork chops with dark soy sauce, salt, scallion oil, ginger oil, and corn starch, and put them in the refrigerator.

Fry the large ribs in a pan with hot oil.

Heat a small amount of oil in a pan, add carrots and potato strips and fry until cooked, season with salt.

Blanch the broccoli in boiling water and add salt and chicken essence to taste.
