Slice all the main ingredients and mince the onions and garlic.

Heat oil in the pot, sauté the chopped green onion, add bacon and fry until oil seeps out.

Add potato slices and stir-fry until 7 minutes cooked. Add chili pepper and minced garlic and continue stir-frying. Add appropriate amount of salt to taste.
