Shaanxi Liangpi Home Edition
Overview
Summer is here, and the weather is getting hotter. Every time I see the cold skin sold on the street, I want to buy a bowl of it, but I am worried that it is not hygienic and not authentic. My daughter happened to be clamoring for it today, so I started making it with my daughter. It was a good opportunity to exercise my daughter's hands-on ability.

If the requirements are relatively high, because there is a lot of residual gluten in the facial cleanser, you can use a filter to filter it, so that the cold skin will be more crystal clear.
-
Precipitate the facial cleansing water and skim off the clean water on it until no more clean water comes out.

Don't forget to use a brush to brush the cold skin Luo Luo with cooking oil in this step. This is to prevent sticking and make the steamed cold skin easy to tear off.
