Fat girl cream cake
Overview
A cake made for my son during the National Day. I originally wanted to try this as a temporary change to making cake rolls. I know how to bake, so I can do whatever I want.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Beat the oil, milk and sugar evenly with a hand mixer.
-
Add sifted flour and mix well.
-
Add egg yolks and mix with a whisk in Z-shape to form a particle-free egg yolk paste.
-
Add 30 grams of sugar to the egg whites and beat.
-
Beat the egg whites until wet peaks form.
-
Add 1/3 of the egg whites into the egg yolk paste, and use a rubber spatula to gently stir evenly (mix from the bottom up, do not stir in circles to prevent the egg whites from defoaming)
-
Then pour the mixed egg yolk paste back into the remaining 2/3 of the egg whites.
-
Use the same technique to stir evenly until the egg white and egg yolk paste are fully mixed.
-
Pour the mixed cake batter into the baking pan and smooth it out. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees for about 18 minutes in advance (the temperature and time are for reference only)
-
Peel off the oilcloth while it's hot.
-
Let cool slightly and then roll it up with oilcloth.
-
Whisk the refrigerated whipped cream with sugar.
-
Loosen the cake roll and cut into 6 slices with a knife (I cut 3 slices first and thought they were too wide)
-
Spread a thin layer of cream on the cake slice (you can spread more if you like it)
-
Roll up the cake slices.
-
Roll up the remaining cake slices as well. The finished product is as shown in the picture.
-
Spread the surrounding cake base with whipped cream.
-
Decorate with seedless grapes, and use wire drawing paste to draw eyes, mouth and hair.
-
Mirror decal yellow.
-
A fat girl.
-
Cut into pieces and taste.
