Prepare the ingredients. Wash the sweet basil with clean water and dry it for later use

Wash the pot and heat it up, add peanuts and cashews and stir-fry over low heat until crispy; remove the fried peanuts and keep the kernels for later use

Put the washed and dried sweet basil into a blender, add garlic and sauteed peanuts and cashews

Add 250mL of olive oil, turn on the machine and stir all ingredients into pesto

Place the stirred pesto into a sterilized glass bottle

After the pesto is filled, pour an appropriate amount of olive oil to isolate the air, cover with a lid and tighten it, then put it in the refrigerator. Eat as you go.
