In the past, bread machines were used to make yogurt at home. Since the introduction of yogurt machines, homemade yogurt has become more convenient. Fully rinse and sterilize the inner tank of the yogurt machine with boiling water.

Prepare pure milk and yogurt cultures.

First pour about 100ml of pure milk, add 2 tablespoons of white sugar and bring to a boil over low heat. Stir while cooking to melt the sugar.

Pour in 200ml of pure milk to cool down, then add yogurt bacteria and stir evenly.

Pour in the remaining pure milk and stir evenly.

Place in the yogurt maker and close the lid.

Close the lid.

Turn on the power and ferment for 5-10 hours. Wait until the milk solidifies. The weather is hot now, so you can usually cut off the power after 5 hours.

The prepared yogurt can be eaten immediately or placed in the refrigerator for a few hours for a better flavor! When eating, you can also add condensed milk, honey, fruit or jam to taste according to your personal preference.
