Jam rolls
Overview
I pulled out a pack of jam, which is of the baking-resistant type. I will use it as soon as possible when making bread this time~~ Ingredients: Main dough: 250g high-gluten flour, 45g egg liquid, 50g fine sugar, 3g salt, 3g yeast, 125g milk, 25g butter. Surface decoration: appropriate amount of baking-resistant jam, appropriate amount of butter

After kneading the dough, the program automatically enters the fermentation stage
-
Wait for the program to end and fermentation to be completed
