Potato rolls
Overview
The potatoes I bought at home have been softened. In order to consume them as quickly as possible, I will use them to make my potato rolls. Also, don’t believe it, you really don’t need to add flour and starch, you can just use the potatoes themselves, because potatoes themselves contain a lot of starch!

Ingredients: 3 medium potatoes.

Peel the potatoes and grate them, the finer the better.

Squeeze the water out of the potatoes with your hands.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot. After the oil is hot, add shredded potatoes. Medium heat.

Flatten the potato shreds with a spatula and sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt and pepper.

Turn over, continue frying, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Fry both sides until golden brown and remove from the pan. I fried 2 pieces in total, this is the first one.

For strong flavors, you can eat it with dipping sauce or spread some chili oil on the pancake and roll it up. If you like it light, just eat it.
