Shrimp head and radish soup
Overview
I bought some prawns at the mall, peeled them off and ate them with scrambled eggs. Thinking about it, I can’t throw away the prawn heads. I might as well use them and radish to make soup. Besides, the combination of the two is really delicious!

Shrimp heads and peeled shrimps

Pour a little oil into the wok and fry the shrimp heads and skin until they change color

Add appropriate amount of water and boil

Peel the green radish and grate into shreds

Add shredded radish

Add a little salt, bring to a boil over medium heat and cook the shredded radish

Take it out of the pot and put it into a bowl. Even though there are only shrimp heads, it still tastes very delicious
